Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from pet hair, smoke, or signs of wear.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our team inspects the items at the Arena, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
