The inner diameter of the DRA / DRC tire is tapered, and the backing paper of this mounting tape is peeled off, glued to the wheel as it is, and if you attach it to the wheel from the larger inside diameter of the tire, it is possible to assemble smoothly. In order to prevent the tire from falling off while running, fix the gap between the wheel and the tire with several instant adhesives.
