Recommended ratio(using Mission Models Thinner MMA-003) is 1:10 as a starting point, dilute to you personal preference.

Adding a couple drops of Polyurethane Mix will make the paint EVEN MORE flexible for better flexible properties.
Cleaning:
Using water to clean up everything. You can use a spray bottle in stream mode(ZEP, any Home Depot sprayer) to clean everything. Use the thinner as a final rinse/wipe. Just a little bit and run it through the air brush after cleaning with water.
