The third part for RDX from RC926! Aluminum spool cup (with protector) for RDX is now available!
■Aluminum spool cup (with protector) 2 pieces compatible with the standard "plastic spool" of ReveD RDX kit is now available.
■By changing from the standard plastic spool cup of RDX kit to the aluminum spool cup (with protector), the throttle response and kick-off feeling are improved, and the linearity of the throttle operation is improved!
■By changing the contact point of the dogbone pin from a point contact to a contact point via the protector, the initial corners of the throttle operation feel rounded off, and the operation feeling is intermediate between a heavy gear differential and a solid, allowing for smooth turning and cornering.
■Developed and produced in collaboration with ReveD, the product has a high quality finish. In addition, the RC926 logo is installed on both sides of the spool cup.
■The standard plastic spool cup of the RDX kit weighs about 1.8g, the aluminum spool cup weighs about 1.8g, and the drive cup protector weighs about 0.2g, for a total of about 2g, so there is almost no difference in weight between them.
■It can be used not only with the RDX, but also with Yokomo's RD2.0, MD1.0/2.0, and YD-2 series. You can benefit from the lightweight plastic spool (solid) of the RDX.
*When using the aluminum spool cup (protector type), please prepare Yokomo's "BD8 2018 Drive Cup Protector (for aluminum solid axle) B8-500DPA" or "BD8/9 Drive Cup Protector (hard) B9-500DPA" separately.
